The 2008 AGM for the Panthers RLFC was held at the Old Council Chambers in Arana Hills this evening. The following Board members were returned for 2009.

President: Wayne Parsons

Vice President: Perry Anderson

Treasurer: Troy Payne

Secretary: Mark Maguire

Board Members: Tony Currie, Wayne Trelevean, Gary Wood, Peter Gleeson, Jason Campbell,  

With 3 board positions left vacant.

President Wayne Parsons delivered passionate speech thanking our sponsors and volunteers for season 2008 as well as pointing to the formulation of both the Panthers Business Club and Panthers Supporters Club in season 2008 as building blocks for the financial future of the organisation. He spoke of consolidation of  playing, gymnasium and field training, all to be based at Arana Sports in 2009 as another important step in the Clubs direction towards the top tier of the QRL.

Treasurer Troy Payne then delivered a positive financial report and auditor's assessment of the clubs fiscal position. 

Any business minded supporters or past players wishing to nominate for one of the 3 vacant board positions should apply in writing to Mark Maguire before the next board meeting set down for December 1st.
